This glamorous Mikimoto 'Morning Dew' pendant features an exquisite 8mm white Akoya cultured pearl which is elegantly set below three brilliant cut diamonds, totalling 0.12cts. This luxurious pendant is completed with an 18ct white gold chain, adjustable from 39 to 45cm in length.
